I remember a time as a teenager when I was told that “Christian Rock” was wrong by people who listened to “there’s a tear in my beer, and I’m…. blah blah blah”…

I remember a time when those people would sit down “reverently” to faithless hymns, wearing a banker’s suit, while judging my worldly clothes and hair…

When will the church ever change?

Your personal preference doesn’t make something else to be sin.

The Word of God is the final authority, not your experiences.

When we are called to be members of the Body of Christ, understanding that one is a foot and the other is a hand, don’t condemn another church because that they do things differently than yours.

We have wasted too much time bickering about the other brother’s “worldliness”, and have stopped reaching the world.

We give too much attention to the wrongs, rather than to exhortation and building up.

Stop burying your talents, dig them up, and do something positive for the Kingdom of God.

Nothing is more important than being personally obedient to the Lord Jesus, accepting His direction, and walking contently in His ways.

Thank you Jesus for Your grace that saved me, Your love that brings me to repentance, Your Word that changes me for the better, the Holy Spirit that reminds me to follow You, and Your relationship/friendship that causes me to grow.

Finally Lord, thank You for accepting me, when no one else would.
