I understand that there are things out of my control that seem like random luck or a direct attack from life itself…

I also understand that there are things that I am in control of, and it can be a coin flip see if I manage to be successful or proven a boneheaded fool…

But one thing I am sure of is that The Lord sends the rain and the sun to both the sinner and the redeemed… I also know that The Lord is full of grace and mercy, and He is willing to the take best and worst in me and make me perfect in Jesus Christ…

Lord, I make the willful choice to deny the lies of my senses as they try to draw cosmic conclusions from the carnal world around me, and I choose to place the Eternal Truth of Your Word before all that I can see and understand.

I make the willful choice to deny what I see in the natural as fact, and place what You say as final authority of what I do not see or understand…

You Lord, are in control…
You Lord, are Faithful to keep Your promises…
You Lord, are the bread of my life…
You Lord, are the renewer of my mind and the manager of my desires…
You Lord, are my Redeemer, Deliverer, Guide, Healer, Provider and Hope…
You Lord, are all in all that is good…

You Lord, are in control, and I trust and worship You. To trust You is to allow You full control of all that is me and to deny my own will, and to worship You is to fully comprehend that I could never make it without You and to cause myself to bow down to Your Will.

Thank You Father God, for the plans You have for me.
Thank You Lord Jesus, for making the plans of The Father attainable to me.
Thank You Sweet Holy Spirit, for revealing these plans and helping me walk them out.

To The Godhead Three in One I submit myself.

This is my creed ~Gene Jordan
