Hanging With Mountain Movers

Mary just read an article to me written by a self righteous doubt filled woman who thought it was her ministry to prepare people for the time that a loving just God would not honor His promises to His children.
She admitted that she was in a Bible Study falsely pretending to stand in faith with a woman, all the while piously pondering how deceived this woman was for standing on God’s Words.
It seems to me that the woman who was believing for God to move, made the mistake of thinking that many prayers and well wishes were better than a couple of prayers from genuine believers who believed the scripture that says, “For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of God without effect? Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar… (Romans 3:3-6)”
That is why I make the choice, to not “advertise” the afflictions of the enemy. I do not want unbelievers (those who claim to be christians, but consistently doubt God’s Word and faithfulness to keep it) to pray for me, and I would rather have 2 people who are capable of standing with me at the level I am standing, than to be surrounded by two faced self righteous doubters who proclaim curses on me by the doubtful words they speak.
Job was surrounded by these such people, and in the end he had to offer sacrifices for his unbelieving friends. They frustrated him so much that he said to them in Job 13:3-5, “But I would speak to the Almighty, And I desire to reason with God. But you forgers of lies, You are all worthless physicians. Oh, that you would be silent, And it would be your wisdom!”
He called them “worthless physicians”. That is why, when a person sees me and asks, “what do they say it is?” I don’t ask them for prayer. I am seeking the Almighty, and the “professionals” need to leave the room.
Even Jesus did the same thing. In Matthew 9:23-25 we are told, “When Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the flute players and the noisy crowd wailing, He said to them, “Make room, for the girl is not dead, but sleeping.” And they ridiculed Him. But when the crowd was put outside, He went in and took her by the hand, and the girl arose.”
Jesus had to put the doubting ridiculing “professionals” out, so that the little girl could be awakened.
If Jesus said that we could command mountains, and He often was frustrated by people “of little faith”, then we need to surround ourselves with mountain movers and those who believe that God’s Word is His final word.
